Investigation service and recruitment division set up in claims management company's expansion

Claims People has announced the launch of both a motor forensic investigation service and a recruitment division.

Motor Forensic and Claims People Recruitment are new entrants to the UK claims market which employs circa 75,000 people and where the motor claims spend alone exceeds £8bn annually.

The launches form part of an ongoing development of the current Claims People business, and following the recent realignment of the board, the group has enhanced its range of services available to the market.

“The group has been created with the sole intention of offering a wide and varied range of services to everybody involved in the world of claims

The current company portfolio also comprises Claims People, the original loss adjusting arm at the heart of the group, and i-Team, an interim implant claims management and staffing solution geared towards 'backlog' reduction.

Commenting on the developments, John French, chairman of Claims People, said: “The group has been created with the sole intention of offering a wide and varied range of services to everybody involved in the world of claims.

"The enhanced portfolio offers greater scope for not only cross-fertilisation of business, but overall breadth of offering.”
