Katerina Kikillou moves from IT and operational role

Chubb has appointed of Katerina Kikillou as its London claims manager.

Kikillou has been with Chubb for over 20 years, initially joining the graduate trainee scheme.

She then took on the role of London commercial property supervisor in 1999, moving on to the position of Europe claims IT & operations manager in 2004.

In 2005 she became UK property claims manager and later in 2006 she again took on the claims IT & operations role, however this time for all of Chubb’s claims operations outside of the United States.

Europe claims manager Lynn George said: “I am delighted that Katerina will be taking up the role of London claims manager. Having held a variety of positions within the claims team, Katerina has gained considerable technical and operational knowledge."
