Lloyd's insurer will provide premium protection cover for Admiral's motor policies.
Cassidy Davis, the specialist personal lines Lloyd’s insurer, has announced its appointment by Admiral Group, to provide premium protection insurance cover for their motor policies sold under the Admiral and Bell brands.
Cassidy Davis will provide Admiral and Bell customers with monthly premium cover for up to 12 months in the event of accident, sickness or unemployment. Customers will also benefit from simplified eligibility requirements, reducing the amount of information needing to be disclosed to obtain cover, whilst continuing to meet Insurance: New Conduct Of Business sourcebook (ICOBS) requirements.
Chris Biles, active underwriter at Cassidy Davis, said: “The cover is designed to make it clearer for consumers to understand the product they are buying, an important consideration as part of Treating Customers Fairly. By simplifying the sales process, we are also making it faster and more straightforward for their customers to buy cover.”
