Carole Nash has awarded the AA a three-year contract to provide specialist breakdown and accident recovery services.
Under the terms of the contract, Automobile Association Ltd will provide the specialist motorcycle broker’s policyholders with an extensive protection package branded as Carole Nash Assistance.
This will include home start and roadside assistance, replacement vehicle and rider and onward travel services across the UK and Europe.
For UK policyholders some elements of the service such as vehicle hire and European cover will be underwritten by Acromas Insurance Company. Carole Nash’s Irish policyholders will be entirely served by AA Ireland Ltd.
Carole Nash chief executive David Newman said: “We include extensive accident and breakdown recovery cover as part of the added-value model which Carole Nash brand has long championed.
