Capita adds Hope to board

Capita Managing Agency has added David Hope to its board as a non executive director.

Hope was most recently at Torus Insurance where he was chief underwriting officer between 2007 and 2009.

Prior to this he spent five years with the Navigator’s Group where his roles included chief executive of its London operations.

Capita Managing Agency chief executive officer, Iain Bremner said: “David’s thorough and wide-reaching knowledge of the London underwriting market will be extremely useful to us in helping to manage our recently established Allied World Syndicate.”
