Commercial schemes broker Camberford Law has reduced rates on its unoccupied property scheme by up to 30%.
The Scheme provides covers for all types of unoccupied residential/commercial properties including properties in probate, second homes and properties under renovation.
Mohamed Sheikh, Camberford Law's chief executive said: “Our underwriting results have been excellent and consistently so. Having reviewed our rating and cover, I'm delighted that we've been able to introduce significant premium savings."
