Broker Network has acquired Castle Douglas-based broker Ewen C Mair & Co Ltd, it's eighth acquisition since the beginning of 2004.
The deal went through for an undisclosed sum, but Broker Network said the latest acquisition was in line with the others completed in 2004.
Chief executive Grant Ellis, said: “Our pipeline for future acquisitions is very healthy and we are on track with the integration of the seven sites already acquired.
“The Acturis common IT platform has already been installed in the first three sites and is scheduled for installation in all the others.
“We are delighted with the way that things are developing in line with our predictions.”
