Broker Network Group has completed the acquisition of commercial broker Priestley & Partners for an undisclosed sum.
Priestley & Partners, based in Altrincham, Cheshire, was not previously a member of Broker Network, which has purchased its entire issued share capital. The Network’s acquisition strategy provides for the purchase of non-members firms.
Priestley & Partners will retain its brand identity, premises and 13 employees. Its director Neil Swift said: “In looking for the long term security for the future of our business, we found that Broker Network offered us the complete package of support and credibility within an increasingly competitive environment.”
Broker Network’s managing director, Nigel Law, said: “The acquisition of Priestley & Partners is a reflection of the realistic and respected acquisition offering that the Group is able to offer.”
