Broker Network adds loss recovery offering

Broker Network and loss recovery insurance specialist Lorega are rolling out Claims Assist for members’ commercial clients through the network trading room.

Claims Assist will provide Broker Network members with access to Lorega’s 70-strong team of loss adjusters, covering commercial property and business interruption claims.

Insurance Times revealed details of the launch of the network trading room earlier this year.

It is a trading environment based within Broker Network’s head office, staffed by underwriters from partner insurers including Aviva, AXA, NIG, Fortis and Zurich.

Broker Network managing director Nick Houghton, said: “We are offering Claims Assist exclusively to our members through our new network trading room in Knaresborough.

"We are very excited about this as it fits completely with our own ethos of providing support to Members and their clients when they need it most.”

Malcolm Harvey, chairman of Lorega said: "While Broker Network has provided its nembers with access to loss recovery insurance for the last ten years, the addition of Claims Assist will take this popular facility to the next level.”
