Finch Commercial set for "next level" of growth

Berkshire & Hampshire based broker Finch Commercial has restructured its board following a review of its growth strategy.

Vincent Gardner has been appointed as managing director. Gardner has been with Finch since 1996 and has been promoted from broking director.

Matthew Finch has moved from operations to finance director. Finch will work closely with Gardner on mergers & acquisitions.

Ashley Canning, former managing director of property specialist Keelan Westall, has been appointed as operations director and is based in Finch’s Hampshire office.

Paul Finch remains in his capacity as non-executive director and continues to work as partner within sister company Finch Financial Services LLP.

Gardner said: “Our new board structure ensures the necessary strength of governance to take the business to the next level. I am confident that we are well positioned to flourish in the coming 12 months and beyond. Ashley and Matthew bring a wealth of experience to assist me in our growth plans.”
