AXA personal lines broker chief Keating exits to be replaced by Nick Turner
AXA Personal Lines managing director of intermediary and partnership sales Mike Keating has left the insurer.
He will be replaced by Nick Turner, previously director of UK partnerships.
In an AXA statement today, it said Keating had left the company ‘to pursue other interests’.
Keating was touted as a potential candidate to take over as head of AXA’s Personal Lines in October last year.
The role was eventually given to Swiftcover founder Steve Hardy. Hardy today welcomed Turner, who has spent 26 years at AXA in a number of distribution roles.
Hardy said: “I am delighted to welcome Nick to our personal lines business at what is a very exciting time in our evolution.
“He has a wealth of experience and his last role focused strongly on developing long-term valuable partnerships for the AXA Group. I look forward to working with him.”
