Brit Insurance has appointed Lorraine Denny as human resources director.
Denny joins Brit from Alea Group, where she was senior vice president, global head of hr.
She will replace George O'Donnell, who will be stepping down from the position as he approaches his retirement.
Dane Douetil, Brit Insurance chief executive officer, said: “Lorraine's experience in running human resources operations for a global reinsurance and insurance group is ideally suited to Brit Insurance. Her experience will be a great asset as the company continues to expand.
"I would like to thank George, who has been a valued member of Brit Insurance, for his hard work, dedication and support and we wish him well in his retirement.”
