Brit Ltd announces new COO with 35 years of experience, including senior positions at Hiscox and Aon
Brit Insurance Ltd (Brit) has today announced Michael Gould as its new chief operating officer.
He joins Brit from Lloyd’s syndicate, Talbot Underwriting, having had over 35 years of experience in the industry.
Prior to Talbot, Gould was group chief operating officer of Hiscox for six years where he implemented transformational initiatives across operational capabilities. He has also held senior positions at Aon and American Express.

The appointment is still subject to regulatory approval.
