Executive chairman Mark Cliff will assume day to day responsibility of Brightside
Brightside chief executive Andrew Wallin has stepped down as chief executive of the broker after eight months.
As a result, Mark Cliff will assume day to day today responsibility for the leadership of Brightside with immediate effect.
The broker said the parting was amicable and that the board wished him well.
Wallin had replaced Paul Williams last December as Brightside chief executive. He was previously managing director of Direct at Arthur J Gallagher.
Anacap hired Wallin to grow the broker’s new commercial relationships, increase underwriting capacity, build new products, and acquisitions.
