Bollington acquires Capey and Co

Macclesfield-based broker Bollington has acquired Capey and Co, an Alsager-based broker.

Bollington, a broker of corporate, motor trade and personal lines insurance, will rebrand Capey and Co as part of the Bollington group.

It will operate as the Alsager branch of Bollington, said the company.
