David Lundholm to head up ibuyeco as company director
ibuyeco, the 100% carbon neutral car insurance provider, has hired David Lundholm for the newly created role of director as it heads into its second year of business.
Following a successful launch on World Environment Day in June 2007, ibuyeco now wants to solidify its position as the market leader in carbon neutral car insurance. The appointment reflects the immense growth ibuyeco has seen over the past 10 months with the insurance provider recently announcing it has offset 100,000 tonnes of carbon, the equivalent emissions of the Yorkshire town of Scarborough.
Bringing over 17 years of experience with him, Lundholm has a strong track record of business development, growth and innovation and was most recently innovation programme director at Norwich Union. Reporting to Matthew Gledhill, managing director, Frontline, Lundholm will be based at BGL Group’s Peterborough offices at Orton Southgate.
Lundholm said: “I’m very excited to be taking up the reins at ibuyeco. The company has had a strong launch and grown at an astonishing rate since June of last year. My goal will be to sustain and increase this growth, confirming ibuyeco’s position as the leader in carbon neutral car insurance.”
