Beaumonts hires former director at RSA as group operations director

The Beaumonts Group has hired Vicky Spence as group operations director.

In her new role with the insurance broker the former RSA sales operations director will be responsible for the group’s operations and sales.

Beaumonts Group managing director Gary Proctor said: “We’re always on the lookout for talented individuals to join the Beaumonts team. From graduates to directors, we thrive on training and recruiting those who will enhance our broking reputation.

“Vicky has always impressed me whenever our paths have crossed and she has been appointed to introduce positive change; implementing performance management – something we know is integral to the continued success of the group. I’m delighted to welcome her on board and have no question she will be a superb addition to the team.”

Spence has held several diverse roles, including National Service and sales management positions.
