AXA Commercial Lines has launched a new commercial motor repair network.

AXA is partnering with Nationwide Network Services to enhance its existing solution by providing online repair tracking, a fast track mobile repair service and proactive downtime management from a dedicated AXA team.

The network has 180 repair sites across the UK, including 73 wholly owned crash repair centres, plus over 100 independent vehicle repair specialists.

Ian Newell, head of commercial vehicle claims for AXA Commercial Lines said: “Having listened to feedback from brokers and customers it was clear that access to information about the repair, keeping them informed and the speed at which repairs are completed were key service requirements.

"We are confident that the new arrangements with Nationwide Network Services, and their commitment to deliver the highest standards of repair quality and customer service, will deliver a market leading repair proposition to AXA and our customers.”
