Aviva said it has been named the top-performing insurer in the 2004 Business in the Community Corporate Responsibility Index 2004.
It said the index provided a systematic approach to managing, measuring and reporting the impact companies have on society and their environment.
Companies were assessed for their performance in five areas: corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy, integration of CSR issues, CSR management, performance and impact, and CSR assurance.
The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
