Sources: MD and FD could buy chairman’s stake
Autonet Insurance’s directors are believed to be sorting out the future ownership structure of the company, with sources tipping a management buyout of the business backed by venture capital.
The van insurance broker is majority-owned by chairman Glynn Keeling, finance director Craig Ball and managing director Ian Donaldson (pictured), according to documents posted on Companies House.
One source tipped Ball and Donaldson to buy out Keeling’s shares with capital from private equity, rather than a sale.
Autonet Insurance declined to comment.
