Aurora Financial Group has acquired Chantrey Vellacott Financial Management, said law firm Davies Lavery.
Chantrey Vellacott said the decision was prompted by the increase in the complexity of regulation for independent financial advisers.
In addition, Chantrey Vellacott is to launch a new financial service called CV Aurora Financial Management.
