Delegates will take hands on approach in assessing vehicle damage
In response to feedback from its recent customer satisfaction survey, claims solution provider Audatex has launched a new certification training course for users of its estimating system, AudaEnterprise Gold.
Testing, proving and feedback are the watchwords of the new one-day Audatex certification course launched this month. The course sees delegates taking a hands-on approach to assessing vehicle damage, seeking information on repair methodology and constructing detailed estimates.
A multiple choice paper helps determine delegates’ current estimating standards to identify areas for improvement and revision.
