Marguerite Soeteman-Reijnen to lead broking excellence drive across EMEA region.
Aon has appointed Marguerite Soeteman-Reijnen as managing director, head of broking excellence for Aon Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), with immediate effect.
In a statement Aon said: "Broking excellence forms a core area of focus for the recently created single, global business, Aon Risk Services. As part of the global broking excellence initiative, Marguerite will be responsible for ongoing development of broking operation processes across EMEA to align them more closely to the needs of Aon’s clients."
Marguerite, previously managing director of Aon Capital Markets for EMEA, is a licensed broker and associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute in London and has participated in executive programmes at INSEAD and the Kellogg School of Management, as well as an English law programme at the London School of Economics.
Commenting on the appointment, Michael Moran, global head of broking excellence said: “Marguerite has 18 years of expertise in insurance and reinsurance and has worked closely with clients and carriers in various positions within Aon Re Global and Aon Risk Services.
"Her demonstrated success and leadership skills, along with the strength of her already existing relationships with insurers, positions us well to drive a better client result via broking excellence across EMEA."
