Andrew Weir Insurance Company has set a revised payment percentage of 41% under Andrew Weir's scheme of arrangement. Andrew Weir's scheme administrator, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), took the decision.

It said creditors would benefit from a further 5% of their established liabilities above the current payment level.

Omni Whittington Insurance Services, the run-off management company for Andrew Weir, will process the additional payments to scheme creditors, said PWC.

As of 30 September, Andrew Weir had paid scheme creditors a total of US$72m.
