Loss adjuster AMG has received the Investors in People Standard
Loss adjuster AMG has received the Investors in People (IIP) Standard for its training and development programmes.
The IIP Standard assessor cited AMG's “shared vision and mission statement, staff development, succession planning, transparency and openness and comprehensive and mature system of role profiles, the best seen in years”.
Kevin Wood, AMG group managing director, said: "We are thrilled to be awarded the Investors in People Standard, which recognises our commitment to training and development.
“Since we have been working towards this Standard, we have seen an increased commitment to the business as staff become more aware of the value they bring, reduced attrition levels, greater professionalism and quality of service and more motivated staff who suggest improvements.“
“The IIP Standard has certainly helped us to improve performance and we are currently looking at the IIP Profile to help move the business further.”
