Allianz Insurance has continued the development of its claims business consultant service, by hiring three consultants.

Aligned to the company's claims handling centres, the new recruits will act as a focal point for brokers and clients from first contact through to acquisition and implementation.

This includes ownership and production of central materials, supporting business partners in acquiring new business and smoothing the implementation process. The team is also involved in supporting client meetings, renewals and enhancing the company's claims offering.

Nick Collins and Nicola Erskine were appointed as the company's first claims business consultants earlier this year. They have been joined by Hannah Woolford, Mark Merrix and Kay Snooks.

Operations manager, Emma Louise-Knight, who oversees the running of the team, said: "It's great that we now have the full team up and running, helping our colleagues win and retain business by ensuring we fully understand our customers' individual claims handling needs
