Two new products from Allianz Cornhill Commercial have boosted its range of products for SMEs, said the company.
It said Complete Property Owner and Complete Flatowner would be added to its SME Complete range.
It said the products had been designed for commercial property owners with a portfolio of between one a fifteen premises, with the Commercial Property Owner product being suitable for commercial tenanted premises as well as residential property.
The Complete Flatowner product has been tailored to meet the needs of owners of blocks of flats, said Allianz.
Allianz Cornhill Commercial director Paul Maidment, said: “Complete Property Owner and Complete Flatowner show our commitment to the small business sector on the one hand and to the intermediary channel on the other.”
He added: “Allianz Cornhill Commercial’s dedicated ‘Insight Teams’ handle the Complete Property Owner and Complete Flatowner products, trading exclusively via brokers, providing them with a first class service and access to underwriters with decision making authority.
