Ajay Mistry
Ajay Mistry is the co-founder and co-chair at the Insurance Cultural Awareness Network (Ican), which is an industry-wide, independent network that supports multicultural inclusion and career progression across the UK insurance sector.
Mistry is also the founder and director of several businesses, including schemes broker Gambit Insurance Solutions, online broker Mode Insurance – which is targeted at self-employed freelancers in the media and entertainment industries – and sales and marketing firm Gambit Partners.
He is additionally an advisory board member for the Chartered Insurance Institute’s insurance broking board, which strives to support more than 13,000 broker members in their personal career development.
