AIG Financial Products (AIG-FP), a wholly-owned subsidiary of AIG, and Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), a joint venture between Credit Suisse and GE Infrastructure, are to acquire 100% of the share capital of the company that owns and operates the business known as London City Airport (the “Airport") from Airport Management and Investment Limited. .
