Partnership to improve Auto Direct processes

Ageas Insurance Solutions has teamed up with software provider Eptica to move many of its Auto Direct subsidiary's processes online.

Auto Direct used to manage online enquiries via 45 different email accounts. Eptica has supplied a central platform to manage all online enquiries.

Eptica has also launched an online form making mid-term adjustments, online payments and policy changes easier.

The insurer has also cut down delay times for answering customer questions by answering many queries instantly online.

Ray Westwick, head of call centre at Ageas, said: “Eptica is enabling Auto Direct to deliver the highest quality customer service at the lowest operating cost."
