The Richmond House Group (RHG) has acquired EP Ward Holdings (EPW) in a deal which makes it "one of the UK's largest regional broking and financial services groups", said the company.
Following the acquisition RHG, a Stevenage-based corporate insurance broking and financial services company, will control general insurance premiums worth over £25m.
RHG already has 12 regional insurance brokers and currently employs around 70 staff.
