ABC Insurance, part of the LV= Group, has appointed Stephanie Mercieca as broker operations manager.
The company said Mercieca will be responsible for service delivery and oversee the ongoing managing and development of the insurer’s operational infrastructure.
She has previously held operational management roles with RBS Insurance, Chubb Insurance and Axa Assistance.
