These were subsequently merged into the Lloyd's broker.
With the formation of Coleman and Cullum in 1995 the group expanded further, developing directors' and officers' liability and banks business. Closely allied to Coleman and Cullum is the majority shareholding in Stateside Underwriting Agency Inc, which underwrites speciality lines of insurance.
In 1996 Coleman & Large was formed to provide expertise in the highly specialised area of liquidated damages insurance.
In 2001 Coleman Claims Services was formed as a new division of C J Coleman & Company to handle outsourced business for both insurers and brokers.
In 2003 Coleman and Cullum consolidated with C J Coleman & Company to form one cohesive broking and client servicing team.
