Biography:
Alan Harris is a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute as well as a chartered insurer and, in addition, holds a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from City University Business School.He was appointed general manager of Avon in June 1996 and has worked for the group for 25 years.He is also a non-executive of the Belgian reinsurance company Secura.
He began his career with the group in Newcastle upon Tyne and has worked in a number of roles including inspector, regional manager, life sales manager and agency manager
