Ex-finance director of AXA commercial lines and personal intermediary Robert Organ has been appointed as Bluefin chief executive
Bluefin executive chairman Stuart Reid and chief executive Mike Bruce have left the broker.
Ex-finance director of AXA commercial lines and personal intermediary Robert Organ has been appointed as chief executive of Bluefin.
AXA commercial lines and personal intermediary Amanda Blanc said: “I am delighted that Rob has agreed to take up this important position within the Group. Having worked closely with him over the last two years, I have every confidence in his abilities to build on the sound foundations built at Bluefin and to make the business the broker of choice in its chosen markets.
“It has been a pleasure working with both Stuart and Mike as they integrated Bluefin into a lean business, well positioned for growth. I wish to take this opportunity to thank them for their commitment and excellent work over the years and wish them all the best in their future careers.”
Organ will assume his new role with immediate effect.

Bluefin is in an excellent position to execute its plan to achieve significant growth both organically and through selective, strategic acquisitions.”
AXA direct and partnerships finance director Waseem Malik will assume the role of finance director at AXA commercial lines and personal intermediary.
The role of executive chairman at Bluefin has been discontinued.
