Paul Roberts handed new role as customer services director
Broker Network has appointed Paul Roberts as its new customer services director.
Roberts will be responsible for ensuring Broker Network and Countrywide members receive an enhanced and more consistent level of service as part of their membership. He will also help to develop Broker Network’s own broker proposition including the new network trading room.
Roberts said: “I’ve been with Broker Network for several years and have witnessed first hand how it has made a big difference to the lives of many independent brokers.
"I’m really looking forward to this new challenge at a time when Broker Network continues to lead the way in developing new products and services designed to make its members more profitable whilst retaining their independence."
Nick Houghton, managing director of Broker Network added: “Paul has a depth of knowledge and understanding that will be invaluable to us as we continue to grow. He knows many of our members personally – having brought a good number into the network himself! He will also play an integral part in delivering the network trading room which will provide a marketplace that delivers a better and more consistent service to our members.”
