Aviva investors have called for crisis talks with the insurer's management after the announcement that chief executive Mark Hodges is leaving to join Towergate.
One of Aviva's top ten investors has unveiled his plans to hold crisis talks over the insurer's board structure, according to The Telegraph.
Aviva’s stock price closed at 427.90p yesterday, down from 432.10p at Wednesday’s close. The stock is trading slightly up from yesterday’s close at 429.57p this morning.
Aviva is still searching for a new chairman to replace Lord Sharman of Redlynch.
